Reaching Our Goals & Living Our Best Lives

Overview:

In this workshop participants will gain insight into some of the pitfalls that hold us back from reaching our goals and what we can do differently to ensure we reach both our professional and personal goals.  The session will be interactive, so you’ll actively work on your goals in the session, at times working on your own, in pairs and in small groups.  Tools learned can be used to focus on team or individual goals.

 

What you’ll learn

  • Discovering how to get our conscious and unconscious brains to work together to ensure you get the outcomes you really want

  • Make goal outcomes sensory specific to connect head and heart enabling hands to move into action

  • Identify the challenges and put strategies in place to ensure your success

  • Exploring how mindsets determine how we approach problems and opportunities and how we might go about changing them

  • Capture the actions you’ll commit to doing.
